Maintenance is the KEY to retaining the value

When you drive along our highways, are they nice and smooth or do you rock and roll?  We know they are built to go down the highways, but, you must realize the stress you are putting  your RV under and do the proper maintenance.  Check the caulking on the roof, side seams, etc. to assure  there is no water getting to the structure of your unit.  Water causes damage and the reason you loose value when it is time to trade your RV in.

When you have a rubber roof, make sure the material you are using is compatible.  Using the wrong material could result in major roof damage.
