Winter is right around the corner for a lot of people. 

Winterizing your water system is very important.  Do not rely on just blowing out your water lines, use a good quality propylene glycol antifreeze. 

Check all caulking, including roof before winter sets in.  This is important so the freeze does not create water leaks.  We all know what happens when leaks occure!!
